A group of experienced and knowledgeable talent scouts are identified and appointed across Australia to be the eyes and ears of the national talent discovery program. The group will be added to as required. The scouts will be formally recognized with national program apparel and appropriate resources including in-servicing. Full time state and ARU development staff will also be in-serviced and contribute valuably to the National Talent Discovery program. The scouting network will be coordinated by the ARU’s High Performance Unit.
