Hospitality: Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum number required to make a booking?
Sit down dinner packages are sold as tables of ten, whereas stand up cocktail style functions can be purchased at any number. If you have any requests that differ to the above please contact your relevant sales agent to discuss.

When does my Corporate Hospitality package need to be paid?
A 35% non-refundable deposit is required to be paid within thirty (30) days from invoice. The full balance of your Corporate Hospitality package is due no later than 12 weeks prior to the match. If you are purchasing your package within the 12 weeks prior to a match, full payment will be required.

How can I pay for my Corporate Hospitality package?
Once your booking has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email outlining methods of payment i.e. via credit card online, direct deposit or cheque.

Can I change / cancel my booking?
You can change or cancel your booking in accordance with the Australian Rugby Union Hospitality terms & conditions which can be found on the booking form.

When and how will I receive my tickets and package information?
You will receive your match tickets and function passes in the post approximately 6 weeks prior to the match. The booking contact will be kept up to date on package information via email which will be sent to the nominated address at the time of the booking being made.

What do I do if my tickets are lost, stolen or do not arrive in time?
In the rare case that you do not receive your tickets on time or have lost your match tickets and/or function passes, we can arrange for a collection at the ticket box office on the day of the match. Please contact the ARU Hospitality team on 1800 619 181 or events@hospitality.rugby.com.au. We will require the seating details of the lost tickets to be able to re-print a new ticket. Please ensure these details are kept separately to be able to facilitate the re-printing.

Is there wheelchair access in the Hospitality spaces?
Most venues offer wheelchair access, however please contact the ARU Hospitality Team on events@hospitality.rugby.com.au to confirm wheelchair access.

What time can we access our Corporate Hospitality package?
Timings range from three hours pre-match to two hours pre-match depending on your package. Please refer to the relevant package product sheet located on this website for further information.

What time will our Corporate Hospitality package conclude?
If your package is inclusive of a post-match function, hospitality will conclude one hour after full time.

What is the dress code in Corporate Hospitality spaces?
Match day Corporate Hospitality dress code is smart casual; dress denim & rugby jerseys are permitted.

Can I request special dietary considerations?
Yes, you can update your special dietary requirements via the link in your confirmation email. The nominated contact will be notified via email on when this needs to be submitted by.

Are children under the age of 18 years permitted into Corporate Hospitality spaces?
Children under 18 years are more than welcome in Private Suite or Corporate Box facilities, however in Corporate Hospitality functions children under the age of 16 are unable to attend.

Is car parking included in my Corporate Hospitality package?
Parking is included in the Inner Sanctum Corporate Hospitality package only. One car park pass per table of ten is included.
